You may return your order within 14 days of receipt, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and, where possible, in its original packaging.
  • Hygiene or personalised items can only be returned if faulty.

Refunds:

  • Issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
  • Includes the product price and standard delivery cost.
